INGREDIENT 

1. YARN: you can use yarn according to your preferences with suitable colors. 
In this pattern, I use Susan’s family 5ply (China brand) with code: 
- Skin color yarn: code 47 
- Black yarn: code 38 
- Red yarn: code 18 
- White yarn: code 01 
- Blue yarn: codes 46 and 58 
In addition, I used black Susan’s family #3 Lace thread to embroider the 
eyelashes and eyebrows (if you don't have this yarn, you can strip 1 black 
yarn to embroider eyelashes, 2 black yarns to embroider eyebrows) and 
pink and blue Baby yarn to crochet flowers. 
2. Crochet hook: the product uses a 2.5mm Crochet hook to crochet the body, a 
3.0mm Crochet hook to crochet clothes and hair wig, a 1.8mm crochet hook 
to crochet flowers or you can use the type and size of hook suitable for the 
type of yarn you choose. 
3. Other ingredients 
- Safety eyes 8mm: 2 pcs 
- Sofe wire: 2mm  (to make skeleton for arms and neck) 
- Sofe wire for flower branches and flower wrapping paper 
- Fiberfill, sewing needles, scissors, pins, 6mm buttons, red felt, 2mm 
fomex, glue...

Note :

- SIZES approx: Product is about 18.5cm (~7.3 inch); 
- Work in continuous round – spiral (no joining required), do not join rounds 
or turn, unless instructed otherwise in the pattern; 
- It is highly recommended that you read through the pattern completely 
before beginning to crochet! 
 

I. ARMS: x2 

 Start with skin colored yarn. 
R1: 8sc in MR  (8) 
R2-3: 8sc (2R) 
Change to white yarn, cut skin-colored yarn: 
R4-13: 8sc (10R) 
Fasten off. 


 Do not stuff the arms, stuff the next parts as you crochet to ensure the product has a 
nice shape. 

II. LEGS: x2 

Start with white yarn and make a chain of 6ch, from the 2nd loop: 
R1: 1inc, 3sc, v4 into the last st, working on 
along the other side: 3sc, 1inc (14)
R2: 2inc, 3sc, 5inc, 3sc, 1inc, crochet 1sc more so that the hook is in the middle position behind the leg, mark the starting point from here. (22)

Change to skin-colored yarn, break the white yarn

Crochet the second leg (left leg) similar to the first leg (right leg). After finishing

III. BODY

here.  
Note: the connection point between the 2 legs must be the center point on the inside 
of the leg, depending on the crochet hand, you can move forward or reduce the 
stitches to make the connection point accurate. The marker should be on the back:

Break the yarn with a long rest to sew. 


VI. HAIR WIG 

Start with black yarnt: 
R1: 7sc in MR (7)

 After finish crocheting R3, do not cut the yarn but continue crocheting the hairs 
strand. Each strand is started from the chain and start in the 2nd ch from the hook. 
S1: 10ch, 1sc, 7hdc, 1sc, slst into next st; 
S2-6: 8ch, 1sc, 5hdc, 1sc, slst into next st; 
S7: 10ch, 1sc, 7hdc, 1dc, slst into next st; 
S8: 11ch, 1sc, 8hdc, 1sc, slst into next st; 
S9: 12ch, 1sc, 9hdc, 1sc, slst into next st; 
S10: 13ch, 1sc, 10hdc, 1sc, slst into next st;

Note: Use a hook 3mm to crochet, use single stitch v to make clothing and 
accessories more softer! 

1. Robe 

Start with blue yarn #46 to make a chain of 21ch, start from the 6th loop: 
R1: (1sc, 1inc)x8, 1ch, turn (24) 
R2: (1sc, 1inc, 2x)x6, 1ch, turn  (30)
R3: (2sc, 1inc, 2sc)x6, 1ch, turn  (36)
R4: 6sc, 4ch, 6sk, 12sc, 4ch, 6sk, 6sc, 2ch, (32) turn  
R5: 32dc, 2ch, turn (32) 
R6: 32dc, 4ch, turn, crochet from the 5th loop from the hook (32) 
R7: (3dc, 1inc-dc, 4dc)x4, 2ch, turn  (36) 
R8-11: 36dc, 2ch, turn (36)   
R12: 35dc, (1dc, 2ch, 1slst) (36)
Fasten off.  
         


Sleeves: x2 

Work in rounds. Slst and ch1/ch2 at the 
end of each round (the chain is not counted 
as a stitch). 
 Sleeve consists of 10 stitches, 6 stitches 
on top and 4 stitches on bottom and 2 
stitches on both sides (positions marked in 
photo). 
At the bottom mid-sleeve point, take blue 
yarn #46 up 1ch and crochet: 
 R1: 12hdc, slst, 2ch (12) 
 R2-4: 12dc, slst, 2ch (3R) (12) 
 R5: 12dc, slst, 1ch (12) 
 Cut the blue yarn, change to red yarn: 
  R6: (3sc, 1inc)x3, slst. (15) 
  Fasten off.




Collar: The collar has 16 crochet stitches, from the back of the left collar take 
blue yarn #46 up 1ch and crochet: 
R1: 16sc, 2ch, turn (16) 
Start crocheting the first collar (right collar) 
R2: BLO 8dc, 1ch, turn   (8) 
Cut the blue yarn, change to red yarn: 
R3: 8sc (8)
 fasten off.   
Continue crocheting the second collar
 (left collar): Take blue yarn #46 at the 
9th stitch of R1
 (next to the ending stitch of R2), 
go up 2ch and crochet similarly to R2-R3. 


Front strap: 

Start with red yarn, make a chain of 21ch, from the second loop start crocheting 
around the chain: 19sc, 1w (at the last stitch), 19sc on the other side of the chain.  
Cut the yarn with a long  tail to sew the strap to the center of the front of the robe.
Sew 2 buttons on the back of the robe. 


 

2. Trousers 

Start with white yarn, work in rounds. 
Slst and ch1 at the end of each round (the chain is not counted as a stitch) 
Make a chain of 15ch, then slip with the first stitch to make a circle, go up 1ch and 
start crocheting: 

R1-6: 15hdc, slst, 1ch  (15)
R7: 15hdc, slst (15)
Fasten off. 
Do the second as same as the first trouser-leg, but do not cut the yarn after 
finishing R8, make 1ch, connect with the first trouser-leg by 3slst (This 3slst goes 
through both trouser-legs). After that, make 1ch, the new starting point is calculated from this position. 
  
 The new circle for the trousers will be made from 14 hdc of 2 trouser-legs (unless 
the middle stitch of the 3 slst stitches between the 2 trouser-legs). 
There are 28 hdc in total. Work in rounds, slst and ch1 at the end of each round (the 
chain is not counted as a stitch) 
Continue crocheting: 
R8-9: 28hdc, slst, 1ch  (28)
R10: 28hdc, slst.  (28)
Fasten off. 


3. Bachelor's cap: 

• Round cap part: 
Work in rounds. Slst and ch1 at the end of each round (the chain is not counted as a stitch). 
Start with blue yarn #46: 
R1: (1ch, 10hdc) in MR, slst, 1ch (10)  
R2: 10inc-hdc, slst, 1ch  (20)
R3: (1hdc, 1inc-hdc)x10, slst, 1ch  (30)
R4: (1hdc, 1inc-hdc, 1hdc)x10, slst, 1ch (40)    
R5: (3hdc, 1inc-hdc)x10, slst, 1ch  (50)  
R6: BLO 50hdc, slst, 1ch  (50) 
R7: 50hdc, slst, 1ch (50)  
R8: (9hdc, 1inc-hdc)x5, slst, 1ch   (55)

Square top of cap: 

Start with blue yarn #46 and make a chain of 17ch, from the 2nd loop: 
R1-11: 16hdc, 1ch, turn (11R) (16) 
R12: 16hdc (16)
fasten off.

(Note: after fasten off in this part, you must create a square with 4 equal sides. 
Depending on your crocheting skills, if you cannot create a square, you can 
crochet more or less rows) 
At the middle point of the square edge, use blue yarn #46 to border around with 
single stitch, at the corners of the square will crochet (sc,1ch, sc). After 
finishing bordering 4 edges, fasten off.


Tassels:

Cut a piece of cardboard rdboard 1.5cm wide, length as desired, use use red yarn to wrap around the cardboard about 15-20 times, use red yarn to go through 1 edge of the cardboard to tie 1 end of the wrapped yarn and tighten, use scissors to cut the yarn on the remaining side of the cardboard, use red yarn to tie around the fringe (photos below)


After finishing the tassel, sew one end of the yarn to the center point of the 
square cap, then sew the square onto the top of the round cap, so that the center 
coincides with the center, the corner of the cap is in the same direction as the top of 
the square. 


4. Flower: 

Usepink Baby yarn to crochet flowers, green to crochet leaves, a 1.8mm crochet 
hook, or you can change the color according to your preference. 
• Flowers (x3): Use pink yarn to make a chain of 9ch, from the 2nd loop 
crochet: (3sc)x8. Fasten off. 
• Leaves (x3): Use green yarn to make a chain of 4ch, crochet from the 2nd  
loop: 3sc, slst. Break. the yarn with a long tail to wrap around the branch 
(photos below) 
• Use wrapping paper to wrap the bouquet.


 5. Red Certificate: 

Cut a piece of red felt measuring 4cm x 3cm and a piece of fomex measuring 2cm x 
3cm. 
Use glue to stick the fomex piece to the inside of the felt piece (photos below).


VIII. PRODUCT FINISHING 

1. Face: 
- Embroider the eye close to the attached eye pin (photo of finished 
product) 
- Embroidery eyebrows with susan lace 3 thread, 4sts wide, 1st high, the 
space between eye and eyebrow is 3sts. 
- Embroider nose in skin color, 1 row below eyes, 2sts wide. 
- Embroider the white part of the eyes with white yarn. 
- Use pink blush makeup powder or acrylic paint to make the rosy cheek on 
the doll’s cheeks to make the face look more natural. 
2. Hair wig: 
- Place the right side of the hair on the head, the wrong side on top, the 
center of the R1 section of hair coincides with the top of the head; 
- Use a pin to fix the 2 hairs S1 and S7 on both sides of the ears; 
- Pin the S8-S21 hair strands at the back of the head, fix it;
5 hair strands S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 in the front make bangs, between S6 and 
S7 leave a space to create bangs (photos below).
